Loan Origination Program

ARE YOU:
Completing mortgage loan applications for you clients free of charge?
Counseling your clients about credit and financial considerations?
Providing lenders with your client's loan applications?
NOT RECEIVING COMPENSATION FOR YOUR WORK?

STOP!

Why not forward the application and supporting information to us AND receive the compensation you have earned? Why not insure that your clients receive quality mortgage brokerage services?

Our loan origination program is available to accountants, attorneys and financial planners who are looking to provide their clients with a value-added service. Recent changes to the Uniform Accountancy Act make it easier for you to increase your revenue. Many financial professionals are already assisting their clients with mortgage loan applications. Our program allows professionals to be compensated for the services they provide.

This is the perfect time to create additional income from your existing client base. Most likely, your clients already seek your advice on home financing. So, why not take it a step further? Why not provide your clients with our mortgage expertise?

Our high level of customer care distinguishes us from most mortgage brokers and bankers. Our clients come first and yours do too.

When you originate mortgages for your clients, our staff becomes your staff. You forward the loan application and requisite documentation to our offices. Our staff of experienced loan processors will guide you and your client through the remainder of the mortgage loan process. You receive compensation upon the closing of the mortgage loan.
